How to create a table in pdf xchange editor

In relation to this – page numbers for bookmarks

Does PDF-xce have a table of contents feature, similar to Word?
As in something that would create an index/table of contents based on headlines or bookmarks?

I guess PDF-xce might not have the ability to understand what and where heading/titles are.

Have you tried the "Build Table of Contents" tool from the bookmarks tab?

It can use text styles pulled from the document or bookmarks.

Kind regards,

Yes, that works.
Now, is there a refresh button somewhere for when you add new bookmarks?
Or do you need to delete the existing "table of contents" just from the thumbnail/pages section like you would do with normal pages? Or is there another way?
Or is the table of contents refreshed (updated) automatically when you add new bookmarks, or the structure of the base content changes?

edit:
I can't see an "edit" button for the table of contents.
How would you change the font size etc. would you have to build a new one again?
In that case, can you only have *one* table of contents generated for one PDF, or can you have multiple ones? As in. would it be possible to have two identical table of contents, one on the first and one on the last page?
